Okay, there could be a threesome with Jill and Bianca... but you can't convince me of a Bella and Jill threesome (I dare you!). It's hard to imagine a threesome between MC, Bella and Jill for the following reason:

It wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility for it to be the foster dad. DPC loves subverting expectations, and this would be a prime candidate.
