What if it is related to the restaurant. We know Stephen is connected to it, and his rendezvous with Mona was taking place within the mansion. A bunch of rich guys paying for sex isn't that far-fetched and if those rich guys are some of the frat's alumni that could end up being a big enough scandal against the fraternity as a whole. If Magnar has evidence of any of that, he could be using that as blackmail against Tybalt for whatever purpose, like he's blackmailing Chad.

The tuition for sex scheme is my best guess as well. It threatens not only the preps, but the Burkes reputation. And we know money and reputation are what Tybalt cares about the most.

I wouldn't be surprised if there ends up being a stable route-merge mod sometime after the game is complete. Until then (my current guess for seeing the final episode is mid-2035), route-merging is liable to break the game with each new release.
