Yeah, she's been in the background since season 1, but I personally find her to be kind of creepy and weird looking tbh. She looks like she might be a Stephen King horror monster.

The creepy and weird looking is what makes me kind of attracted to her, especially her weird iris.

see it for sure, understanding its importance already not necessarily.
However, I'll add a reason to lower expectations on what it hides: it certainly won't block the group for too long, Derek's finger takes priority anyway, over pretty much anything else there might be. and it also won't have a particularly long run (in the game's timeframe), there are presents to open.

It could happen if this is indeed a parallel universe, don't count on it though.
But I wouldn't be too surprised if DPC put some kind of easter egg reference to Acting Lessons in the game while they're in the hospital.
