I do agree with you in most of your statement especially in what happen to Cathy. He could have talk to Rusty about the laptop. But I don't agree with your sentiment about Heather. He did not tey to steal her because his afraid of Tommy but because he knows Heather and Tommy had been together for so long and she loves Tommy so Nick did not made a move.

Next about the diks sharing secrets to Nick. I know Nick spill the beans about them and he used it to tear the group. But in the first place why the fuck did they share this secret to him in the first place. They could've have talk this one to others. Nick acting like a rat and spilling secrets doesn't change the previous behaivour of the rest of the frat.

In fact, I'm more on his side than anyone else since I could finally see someone actually stand up to insecure bitch ass Tommy.
Also on the Heather thing, he was used he and Heather said so themselves and we know it's true since Heather can admit to MC this very episode that she only came to the party to "make a statement" to Tommy. She's still hanged up on him. (Hilarious considering she will deny it when the MC says that from his POV Tommy doesn't look he cares for her at all.)

They shared those secrets because they all treated him like a brother and never expected him to be a piece of shit and throw everything back in their faces, even when they barely did anything to him in the whole accusing scene. I think this throwing under the bus started because of Rusty telling that it could be Vinny who install those camera. In my opinion Nick did said those things because they are accusing his friend about something he did not do. Vinny is the biggest asshole but using him as an excuse just so they can make it the situation clear is a jerk move

Starting a frat is a pretty involved process, part of why it would have gotten done so quickly was because of Rusty's father's influence. But it would have taken Cathy longer then the time during her breaks to help with it, and those wouldn't necessarily line up with breaks in Rusty's class schedule. It's pretty clear that some sort of friendship was formed between the two at some point and sharing your address with a friend isn't that out of the question.
