I actually laughed out loud when DPC replied that he had all the characters planned out in advance. :KEK:
Don't tell me he was planning to throw Sally in front of MC train from the very first episode, lol.
Or that he planned an alien Tara, Tiffany, or even Becky who's pussy smells like fish, hahaha.
I for one am pretty sure Riona wasn't originally planned as a love interest, neither were Quinn, Lily and others. The game in the first episode was pretty straightforward. There were 5 LIs and girls for sex, no feelings or anything. Zoey was actually planned to be introduced later.
But apparently due to the popularity of side girls and the flow of money, he decided to change his original concept.
I'm actually afraid he didn't do that fire shit from the previous game and will shout on every corner how brilliant he is.
I just finished my massive dik run with Sage and boy did it ever suck. I remember Ep1 where the end LI update said you have absolutely nothing in common with Sage if you were a chick. It was blatantly obvious that Sage was meant for DIK players, but here I am in Episode 11 with my 5 year old save getting punished for making dik choices back in season 1 with jade, and now the massive dik Sage run feels awful. There is no way DPC planned these characters from beginning to end, nor did he really think through the DIK/CHICK point system. Everything ended up being dependent on choices and the only thing DIK/CHICK does is limit choice. And RP points, which were only supposed to be for "flavor" as DPC said years ago, but now seem to matter entirely for advancing the LIs relationship.

DPC is winging it way more than he lets on.

In the late 2000s vodka (and other alcohol) fanny bullets were a real thing used by girls to get drunk quickly and cheap, even many smart/intelligent ones. Although I admit they put them really up the fanny and not up the ass. So that isn't really a good example for saying he would try anything.
Around that same time there were also stories about people giving themselves alcohol enemas, only it killed some of them, due to the colon absorbing alcohol straight into the bloodstream, with no chance of puking.

By definition they cannot be smart.... They can be funny, not completely retarded, but not smart

Or maybe it's intentional? A DIK playthrough with Sage at the beginning is great because Sage has been MISSING the excitement, the "macho strong man" vibe that led her to Chad in the first place. So when she gets that "macho strong man" vibe from MC in the first three episodes, she is drawn to him.

But later on after Chad breaks up with her, she ends up being more vulnerable and sad. And you can see that later down the line when her vulnerability is more exposed in Episodes 10 & 11.

Now that the "heating up" phase is over, she's interested in a "long-term settling down" phase, even if she wouldn't say it herself.

Sure some things were "made up on the fly" for flavour, but now? It's a way of letting a Chick MC get closer to Sage since she requires comfort and sensitivity. In Episode 10 Sage even says that she likes Chick MC because he's a lot more sensitive and vulnerable, which she never got from Chad: it draws her closer to him as a result.

I know it boggles some peoples minds that Sage is a multifaceted person with many flaws and ups & downs...But that's the whole point of her lol.

In fact, it's been known from the beginning that Sage gets along great with Chick. If you read the girls' bio at the end of the episode, it says something like “she likes bad guys, but even though I'm not, she's attracted to me”.
To me the biggest complaint about Sage's branch isn't even that it seems like to get a better ending you have to not fuck Jade, it's that you have to play it safe. You want to stay with Sage, act like a good boy. It's pretty boring.
In my opinion, strong couples grow up when they've been through all the circles of hell (restaurant, sex with Jade, temptations to cheat), not when you just have to dismiss the obviously bad options and be a good boy.
Now to get interesting and painful drama with Sage you have to fuck Jade and be ready to break up with Sage. Actually I don't care, they're png characters anyway and don't exist in the real world.

Me after fucking Jill, Isabella, Josy & Maya, Quinn, Melanie, Sarah, Lily, Nicole, Riona, Camilla and many others

Sage: How many did you date?!

She asks that if you date Jill & Josy and Maya and you break up with them all to be with Sage btw. Happens during Episode 10 at the outdoors party.

It applies to all the main LIs, and its not exactly unrealistic. If you're in a relationship with a girl, don't go around flirting and kissing other girls.

If you're referring to pre-dating her, she's only really bothered about Josy/Maya, and thats because it'd affect her relationship as HOT President, and as friends. She doesn't really care about Jill, Cammy is the only other girl who gets bought up and Sage just thanks her for being honest. I highly doubt fucking the side girls (except her mother) pre-dating Sage will ruin her path.

Funnily enough, Jade tells Tremolo that the guilt will eat him alive, and she's not wrong so far
