Yes, she has anger issues, and was a moderately bad parent, judging from Tybalt's, well, everything, and Jade's anger issues. She did improve their lives greatly over what shit lives they had before.
Her relationship was shit with Stephen, probably from the beginning, and definitely since she found out she was barren. She dived into finishing her degree and her career, and then parenting and her career, and ignored him while he buried himself in work. He was the serial cheater though, and probably ran the prostitution ring, and financed girls scholarships to groom them. He definitely wins the shit person in that relationship. He had some valid gripes with her, but still.
A lot of the rest plays out differently based on your specific choices, so maybe you chose poorly?
