Because firstly, it's probably too late to build a serious relationship with any new character. Although I'm not sure.
But the more likely reason is that this Cinderella is not really meant for a relationship with MC.
Her frequent appearance near MC in the last episodes indicates that she probably knows who he is.
I mean, she knows who his mother is, she knows his family. I assume that she is possibly his relative.
An aunt or a sister.
And perhaps his grandfather asked her to get to know MC better before officially accepting him into the family.
