I haven't done it, but you should be able to do Sage and Quinn and when you get to the choices in Episode 8, DON'T pursue Sage and just be friends. I can't think of a reason that wouldn't work. And do a path split at that point.

I play with neutral affinity that seems to fix best for Josy there Dik choices she likes but there also chick choices to. Josy doesn't flash a chick player so I think full chick isn't good for Josy

You can be Bella path and DIK. I am not think you can be Jill path and DIK but I do not recall. I have not try the next two, so no answer. Neutral give you the most options in major choices, because you are not locked to the one that fits you now.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if Josy never gets a definitive affinity assigned to her. Maya, Sage and Bella have their respective sexual positions (Hugging, Choking, 69ing), if Jill has one I can't remember atm, don't believe so, but she's a CHICK.
