Yeah, it's possible. I recall that Riona didn't have much either besides typical fun times, and then there was a whole setup with the stalker thing if you slept with her (and or Camilla) at the HOTs party, and there was more detail than previously. Like with her rearranging things in your room as a prank, only to realise how little of a fuck MC gave and then she went to fix it. Hahaha!

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a "no" and that he didn't budge, but a part of me wonders if he always planned on it and he just wanted to start it all low-key. The episode 9 interaction and the current one are by definition low-profile that most people would probably miss if they weren't paying attention, or just rushing through things.

I do remember Rio surging in popularity so that one I wouldn't be shocked by, those little touches with the furniture and stuff and helping her with the stalker are great touches and more on the believable side that it was planned from the start, considering the very first episode she's Quinn's shadow and they're always together

If she plays a role in the main story I'm totally believing she was planned from the very beginning, maybe not the popularity but the character itself, going to be a long wait till 12

After intensive studying of the preview here's what i'm thinking, highly possible I am totally wrong

- it looks to me like some kind of cheeky smirk, perhaps some light flirting from MC

- At first it could be "is this seat taken" but then you notice the singular desks in the classroom, perhaps they started off talking about class but at this point of the preview it's moved on

- or might even be they bumped into each other, looks like they're both stood up, MC could've been on his way over to ask Sally for more private lessons

- I want to believe he knows her name at this point, perhaps he finally asks it here, bro is in multiple classes with her now and oblivious to her name
