Probably for cheating prospects I imagine.

The thought process is this: if you're not doing Bianca's path with Jill/Isabella and MC basically rejects Ms. Blonde Nympho and Ms. Goth Nympho, then Cinderella would be a backup plan.

She appears to be more open-minded, warm and encouraging based on all interactions. And even if MC is already in a committed "boyfriend/girlfriend(s)" relationship: he ends up smiling. It wouldn't be far fetched to think that it's a door that's opened specifically if you don't want to go through with Bianca's route, it could actually lead to a more realistic form of cheating: finding someone that's just as warm and alluring as MC's current gf(s).
