He just has Jill's word for it and because of the chances she gives Tybalt, MC has reason to think that Bella might just be in Jill's good books.

If MC and Maya are shocked because there is a damn noose hanging from the sealing it's going to get so freaking dark.

She doesn't say "stop" or "don't" at any point. "I can't" are the words of someone giving into seduction. It could definitely be worded better, but it's clear enough. A part of Bella very much wants it. Another part thinks she shouldn't want it. There might not actually be a part that doesn't want it and that's what really scares her.

This is one of the points in the game you could easily start a fanfic from. There are quite a few things that would be very much in character for both of them, but wouldn't fit in with the rest of the game. They could just go all the way and fuck each other's brains out, but it would effectively be "Game Over: Bella wins".
