There was definitely room for it in ep 11 at quite a few points when talking about Nick after the fight. Maybe none of the guys just felt comfortable bringing it up before the dust settled. Or it didn't properly register with them with all the other shit Nick threw around. There's excuses for leaving it for later. Maybe plot hole is the wrong word for it, but it's still a flaw in continuity. Derek hits on Bella, Nick sees her leave, Derek complains about Bella knowing his tricks, Nick spills the beans during the fight. The build up is pretty pointless if it never leads to anything.
Depends on the next step. If Bella just goes: "Well fuck them, I'll just marry MC" it'll be almost as if the rat does us a favour.If Bella gets fired because of Nick's blabbing, whether directly or indirectly, I will make sure no one finds his body
It might actually be a moment of truth on her path. If you have enough points, wedding. If you don't, break up.

Who cares if Derek figures it out or not. If that happens, it's going to happen in a funny way like his most encounters with other people. I don't see that as anything. Maybe he figured it out and told to himself, whatever, it is what it is.
