There might be more outcomes depending on how MC treats people from B&R and its frats. Calling a truce with the preps and letting them join the Halloween party and while hanging with Jill choosing Chick choices, trying to defuse the stiuation between the girls whom felt '' wronged or disrespected '' by DIKs, talking to Chad and trying to help him out when MC and Chad were at the Burke's office and lastly how MC sees Nick after the '' confession ''. His attitude towars him will also effect this outcome. If everything goes well and MC has all the backup from all the people, she may not lose her position and her secret will continue to be a secret among those who know it.Maybe Derek will finally recognize her as the mummy if he hears her voice but her face is covered for some reason.
Oh man, while that sounds good on its face (marrying Bella), I'd hate it if she lost her jobEven if it leads to something better, like finally having her dream job of owning a bookstore.
At least this is how I see it. Of course after all of this Bella could come to MC and ask a question about '' should I continue to work at B&R or should I follow my dream, openning a book store? ''.

If the only payoff to Nick witnessing Tremolo & Bella was a throwaway line in an argument it would certainly fall flat.
Considering we are entering the endgame anyway it doesn't seem too outlandish that, on her path, Bella will resign from B&R so that the relationship is no longer forbidden and she can pursue her other passions.

I'd prefer she quits so she can chase her dream. She runs the bookstore, and MC runs the cafe inside it

What I meant is how actions could effect the outcome, especially with Nick. If MC's view of Nick is negative, he could tell people about what's going on between MC and Bella. If the relations between frats and others are good and people think MC is a good person, they might just look the other way and not tell anyone. It could still cause trouble but at least he could have people's support.
