I wonder if the story will end before the new Dik larvae appear, or if we'll see another hellish week. It would be cool to see Derek and MC as the seniors.

Jamie and Leon already established the existence of Spring Hell Week. If you don't get to have a new pair of maggots when there is such an obvious foreshadowing, it would be massively disappointing.

It will probably be in the epilogue, MC and Derek joined in the fall semester.
I assume Jaime and Leon joined in the spring, Jacob and JB in the fall and Nick, Vinny, Tommy and Rusty joining the year before.
Plus the diks don't have enough space to fit another two unless they are willing to bunk with someone.

1. What happened to Jill's sister -- Answered/Done
-This was shown, but is backstory and useless info. I'm sure we'll get more, because that's all Jill is at this point.
2a. Quinn and drug dealing -- Will find out next Episode
-This was the buildup of Ep11, so we'll see what happens with her and what she's going to do to Buddy and co. I would say this is the 3rd "main" plot issue.
2b. Riona -- Will find out next Episode
-This got barely any development, and is now tied to Quinn. No MC going on a detective hunt for her, no hero scenes, nada. Will he take part in Quinn going after Buddy and co.? Revenge? Probably not.
3a. Bella and the locked room -- Will find out next Episode
-Obviously we'll get a scene next episode. Prepare for the boots reveal.
3b. Bella's husband -- Who cares?
-Who knows, who cares, he's gone, and it has next to nothing to do with Bella's current scenario. She's already "taken off the ring." If he comes back, it'll be melodramatic soap opera crap. But remember: DPC doesn't do lazy writing.
4a. Sage and her issues with her family (dad) -- Who cares?
-Irrelevant.
4b. Jade -- Possible issues.
-No major consequences, aside from "guilt" the MC is generating himself. Insert Sage going nuclear for no reason when she finds out, because melodrama.
4c. Tybalt -- Possible issues.
-Irrelevant, but DPC might bring him back to do something stupid, lame and gay, again. For the lulz.
4d. Chad -- Possible issues.
-Tied to 5.
5. The inter-frat conflict -- Will find out next Episode
-The 2nd "main" plot we can consider being relevant.
6. The college prostitution ring and connections to faculty -- Possible issues.
-The 1st "main" plot that DPC can just forget about, because he can.
7. Maya and Derek dealing with their parents -- Answered/Done
-Done.
And this is the problem. There is no such thing as MG. There is no through-line. It's just random storytelling threads. Quinn may as well be a MG, since she gets a potential "main" plot story. Or DPC just likes dedicating non-intimate animation assets to story beats because $$$$$.

One of the best movies is structured in such a way that the protagonist is not needed at all, and it still remains one of the best movies. I don't see this as a problem at all.

Being a DIK was initially planned as a spinoff of Acting Lessons, since AL established the DIK fraternity. But DPC nixed that idea and made BADIK an independent story, which was the smart thing to do.
