No, that's plot #1. And Sage is ignorant of it, despite being the President of the HOTs. This issue here is the relationship between her dad and her. And there doesn't seem to be any issue or conflict. Her issue is belonging and having a family, but her dad and mom aren't really in the picture...As for the prostitution ring, that's Quinn, not her dad. It is also unclear if he's a sponsor or whatever (seems to be just a client.)
