I'm fairly sure they don't. Nor should all the possible results for the science lab minigame count as separate dialogue for Nora. That is to say the exact percent shouldn't count. In more general terms how well you do probably does count.

I can't be absolutely sure as sometimes when I've seen something new the counter doesn't change. There are two explanations for this: 1) Not everything counts. 2) There is so much to see that a single thing doesn't show as 0.01 %.

That's a whole lot of maybe's. I mean maybe Viv is Bella's Aunt and maybe Carla is not related to Viv at all. This is one that we just need to be patient and wait on

It's strange that she's not mentioned in the diary. I'm thinking about the age difference, and I'm wondering if we'll ever see the birthday of at least one of the girls, or if it's just MC.

Let's just keep it to the things that are more certain ;) It's almost certain that Bianca is Miranda's daughter. We also see that Bella feels comfortable enough around Bianca that she will go nude close proximity of her. Considering this and Bella's age, imo it's pretty likely that (unless Bella made friends with Bianca during Bianca's time at B&R like she did with Jill), that she got to learn Bianca pretty well because of her friendship with Miranda.

Maybe she was a better friend of Miranda instead of Lynette and therefore wasn't mentioned by Lynn so far in the diary? I guess we'll find out in episode 12.

Bella being related to them in any form is the most disputed and are (afaik) mostly based on their age and the matter of her friendship with Bianca.

The majority of players are almost 100% sure that Bianca is Miranda's daughter, mostly thanks to their looks.

A large part of players theorize that Carla is Vivian's daughter to complete Jill's believe in destiny. That's also why it's a pretty common theory that Lynette was a Burgmeister, although not as common by far as Bianca being Miranda's daughter.
