Bella being related to them in any form is the most disputed and are (afaik) mostly based on their age and the matter of her friendship with Bianca.
The majority of players are almost 100% sure that Bianca is Miranda's daughter, mostly thanks to their looks.
A large part of players theorize that Carla is Vivian's daughter to complete Jill's believe in destiny. That's also why it's a pretty common theory that Lynette was a Burgmeister, although not as common by far as Bianca being Miranda's daughter.

I've got a feeling that episode 12 will be the episode where we will find out if the majority of those crazy theories are correct. Seeing how it's the season finale and we're close to finishing the series, it seems clear that a lot (but not all) of unknowns will be revealed.

Yeah, imo the whole S&M schpiel still doesn't suit either of them imo. Both as looks and with their personalities. As I stated before, going S&M/Sunstone doesn't seem even close to their first way of trying to make MC happy again.
