Let's just keep it to the things that are more certain It's almost certain that Bianca is Miranda's daughter. We also see that Bella feels comfortable enough around Bianca that she will go nude close proximity of her. Considering this and Bella's age, imo it's pretty likely that (unless Bella made friends with Bianca during Bianca's time at B&R like she did with Jill), that she got to learn Bianca pretty well because of her friendship with Miranda.

Bianca being Miranda's relative Daughter or Niece is for certain. That one I can agree on.

Who knows or she has hung out with her due to Jill before

I don't entirely agree with the first sentence. But, I do agree that there was a big style and tonal shift in Season 3. If you enjoyed the light hearted romp of Seasons 1 & 2, Season 3 definitely feels different.
