After Sage's love, I'm going to go with the Slut route (Quinn-Envy). The solo route is great, but the lack of sexual scenes is a bit tiring, and I need a break to get laid. That's where the question comes in. If I don't date Sage, can I still have a threesome with her and Quinn? I know what Quinn wants, but will Sage be okay with it if I turn her down in episode 7?

You need to be either Sage's fuckbuddy or have fucked her in episode 7, otherwise you can't get the threesome.

If you want to fuck as many people as possible, go for it. It's imo best to start as massive DIK status in S1 & 2, since most of the HOTs prefer that and it leads to some hot scenes. Affinity however should be DIK for Quinn's affinity check with maybe trying to end on Neutral in case you want to choose CHICK options in season 3. I would recommend that, since I'm of the believe that we might get sexual content with Penny and/or Kylie if we let them stay at the Panty Party.

So, what do we have so far? One lame "I love you" scene, one weak one, and one great one. We're waiting for the rest. If DPC doesn't make Bella's scene amazing, I suggest we pool our money for a killer.

My plan is to fuck everyone I can except the main five. I'm going to go with the DIK route and get a neutral relationship. I'm probably going to skip sex with Sage and Quinn and instead fuck Jade. I'll have a threesome with Quinn when I'm with Sage as sex friends.

1. Currently it's only the complete season 3 (including interlude), but DPC said he might change that in the future to also include season 1 and 2.
2. You can find the official guide in the first post of this thread. Just follow it if you want imo the optimal route :)

I think that if you're on the MG route, you should help him if you're a good friend and you're loyal to your girlfriend. But I only play on "others" and I always fuck Camila on the dance floor, and it's unlikely that this will ever change. Therefore, I always tell Derek "no."
In my opinion, this scene is poorly written, and there's no option for me to respond as I want. I would say to him, "Dude, I like her too, so I won't help you." End of story. The answer I'm forced to choose makes it seem like I'm trying to help him get back together with Ashley. But that's not true, and I don't think Ashley is a good choice.
