If it makes you feel any better, that sort of thing is only exclusive to Bella. So you can play her path with minigames and the others can be skipped.

Chick affinity will be very useful against Magnar's schemes. Chick affinity to me is like a late game item in a PvE game.
Dik affinity on the otherhand, pure chaos. For shits and giggles, I think it's fantastic.

Especially in the beginning of the game, yes when it comes to those 3 and Camila. You get most scenes with most HOTs in the first 2 seasons as DIK (both status and Affinity). Later on in season 2 you can also get a lot if not most of those scenes as non-DIK however.

You can only save scum at the very beginning though. It's annoying but it better than nothing
