MC learned about Quinn's past and everything that happened to Riona.

Personally I think, we will see more about all you said especially the one that will make a big impact in Nora, Riona, Zoey and Lily.
Especially if the theories become true that Nora is pregnant after the forced creampie and her wanting a child.

I'm sure the "best" decisions and consequences are yet to come. So I don't put much stock in the choices I made and I don't create dozens of saves. I've pretty much resigned myself to having to start all over again when we see the endings.
I'll probably be in the minority here, but I don't believe that the player who fucked Jade and started dating Sage is doomed to a bad ending.

Not a bad ending persay, but probably getting broken up with or alone ending.
- An example is the Cathy sex scene in the car, if you messed with Cathy, her underwear is found at Bella's car and then blocks you from her route.
So yeah, especially since after that he feels guilty and confesses that to Derek. And he would probably tell her.

I think that if the MC of the "other" route returned to Zoey, then he has already closed the other routes (and depending on the passage, he may be in for several unpleasant breakup scenes in the next episode).
If the MC has not yet entered into a relationship, he will have to make a choice. For example, the MC can now simultaneously be on the routes of Quinn, Lily, Riona, Jade, Nora and keep Josy or Maya's solo paths open. Obviously, this won't last until the end of the game.

I really wish the walkthroughs at least got updated. Because there are a lot of choices that have big impacts later in the game and there is no mention of it in there. Even for smaller stuff like the threesome with Elena and JB, the WT doesn't mention that if get a BJ from Heather, you can't get that scene, so unless you have a save right before that choice, you will have to restart season 3 just to get that one scene.
