No clue. Sure, teams can be mismanaged. And remote rendering PCs can be rented out.

If he had a dev/render team, he'd obviously be able to pump out content, faster; that's the point.

This isn't an issue of too many cooks in the kitchen arguing over creative differences or project direction and slowing things down. He just needs more renders happening faster. Which means spending the $$$$$

But the business model is patreon/subscription model. So there's no reason or motivation to speed things up.
