I think introducing Neil to any of those four could be a cool scene. Pops deserves to be happy too, as well as each of these ladies. The only people who would have any real issue here would be as follows:
1. Bella path for the obvious given reason, but it could make for a funny double date situation, considering they're Bella's coworkers.
2. The folks on Other's path, considering they've probably fucked around with each of the ladies, definitely a 'sitcom hi-jinx ensues' fueled night out to be had. (who's playing footies with who under the table )
3. Being on the Sage path, and...having fucked Jade. (and we thought the dinner during Ep. 9 was awkward)

Is there any difference between Massive DIK, Huge DIK and DIK? Even if it is some dialogue changes, or is all the same, since all contemplates the DIK 'path'?
I know there is a choice or two that you can only get by being a Massive DIK, but is that all?

I don't think so? Like, at the very least it makes it harder to switch from Massive/Huge/"Normal" DIK to Chick. I came to this conclusion based on Jill Good Guy run and nothing changed apart from dialogue variants. It was the same as in Jill Chick from the get-go
