Nah, this is a standard part of the dev cycle... He always comes out fast and people predict early release. The year goes on and it slows down a bit. Give it time it'll likely happen here too.

Ep 11 took 15 months. If ep 12 matched that it would come out June 2026. We are expecting it to take about 3 months longer as Ep 10 took 12 months. It's practically impossible to get ep 12 this year. It's very optimistic to expect it in the first half of next year.

Sorry for the bad news lobo but all episodes of season 3 took a year of development. The last episode took 14-15 months and was released last march. Unless the next update is really smaller ( fat chance ) or he finds a way to really increase the development speed, don't expect anything before march 2026 at best.

This week, I started working on the special scene I mentioned a couple of weeks ago. I'm about 2/3 into it, and I'm having such a great time with it. I reckon I will finish the scene in 2-3 more days, after which I will have caught up on all writing again and will need to write more.
Other than that, I've worked on art for other scenes and also did some character design. I've added some more phone content as well, and I posed a handful of SFW animations.
I have also worked a bit on an upcoming trailer for Season 3. I still need some more content for episode 12 before I can complete it, but it's good to make progress on it alongside the development.
I woke up under the weather today. Hopefully, it's just a 1-2 day flu, but I'll try to work as usual.
I plan to have another cosmetic poll soon. If there's a character you'd love to get a cosmetic poll - and if it's possible for me to do that - sound off in the comment section, and I'll keep that in mind when creating the next poll. Sage, Josy, and Jill have already gotten cosmetic polls for episode 12 and won't be considered.

The only exciting thing about this is that we might see some dialog from EP12 because his trailers usually show dialog.
Normal previews don’t have dialog, so sometimes it is difficult to say what is really happening.

I'll be very surprised if by the time Episode 12 comes out we don't know who the new World Cup champion is.
Not really, he just doesnt want to work on the same things all the time and changes things up a bit. One week animations, one week writing, one week still renders, one week coding, one week something else and so on... he rarely works 2 weeks in a row on the same things, hack he sitches up things between days. And creating phone content and such is no indication for anything, cause he can create those when he finished up a scene. So its most likely he finished up a free roam scene, and created the phone content for this, cause thats the way it goes, most of the phone content is done for free roam events. On top of that, phone content can be pretty much ANYTHING. Like... bio updates, or such things.
A optimistic guess for a release is, that we are about 12 months away from now. I would think that he is about 1/3 done with the episode, not much more. And yes, i assume a 18 months dev cycle this time. Last one was 15, add 3 to it, and you are not that far off i think.
Yep. Until he gives a list of what he has left to complete, he's nowhere near done with development. Last time when he finally figured out what he had left, it was about 4-5 months until release. So expect the same again.

Who will it be then? I tried searching for who did get cosmetic polls but found out that both MGs and Others get them, so
- If it is MG, and if she doesn't get the next preview, then it would be Maya.
- If it's Others, since Camila got hers in Ep 11, and it's a shot in the absolute dark, Lily or Nicole.
