I don't see how it would make it a harem game. We can already have a threesome while being in a relationship with Sage, so imo a Jill/Bella threesome wouldn't be that different (besides them being BFFs of course).

Also, a short time ago people were discussing about Jill not being wild enough for that unless we're on her route. Personally I disagree, especially Season 3 shows otherwise. Its interesting after ch. 11, like the sub-title said, the side girls, the main girls even the MC itself (whether it is DIK, NEU, CHICK affin) their behavior changes almost 180 degree. I will say that this game almost come to conclusion soon.

People also could put a blame on Sage since she is the president so in order for her to get rid of any doubt, she can team up with Quinn and since Jade and Stephen is on the verge of divorcing, Sage can also get help from her mother so she can take everything from him.

Be careful, man, DPC might decide to steal that idea for the resolution of Quinn's arc.
