Adding another 3-4 months to the DEV cycle seems plausible, we are in the 8th month now. keeping that in mind, 9-11 months to go is the most likely scenario cause the episode is about 40% done if we can trust what DPC said in one of his last DEV Reports.

Weeeeeeeeell i would say... compared to 99% of the DEVs around here he is pretty "trustworthy" for his words overall, at least when its about the overall development progress... he is an asshole, a dick, a prick, a arrogant bitch and whatnot... but his DEV reports are not "shady" and full of excuses like most others... when he is posting hard numbers, they were real. And he is never radiosilent. So yeah, if DPC says the episode is about 40% done, i would say, we should trust those words, with maybe a tiny little bit grain of salt, so lets say... at least 35% done when he said that? Its been a while since he said the episode is around 40% done, so now its defintily 40% done and a bit more i think...

He is consistent with the status updates, but they rarely provide any specifics. Barring that one recent update with completion chart and percentages from September, it's mainly 'I did stuff this week and I plan to do more stuff next week'. Now, providing estimated competion percentage every week is a dangerous game from his perspective as a dev, as it raises expectations and only generates more 'update when' questions. The amount of content (# of scenes, renders, animations etc.) can also change on a whim if he decides a certain plotline or path needs additional content to build the story right, but it would be nice to have a progress report once a month, similar to the one from September.

And get ready, both their scenes highly likely will be garbage, coz he cant spend time on the girl who we didnt fuck once, thats a waste of time for dPC. He needs it to build a tower of poses options to the end of the screen for 8th lewd of each girl we fucked 7 times.
With all time dPC took for granted for producing episodes after ch9(9 months)(ch10 12 months - ch11 15 months - ch12 18!months), instead of rendering 60fps animations which will be remade from 30 into 60 by modders at the very next day after release via AI(were for ch10 back then in 2023 already), and making koikatsu-like poses simulator(6-8 poses), he could hire at least one 3d-designer for 5% of his revenue, who'd helped him to curb his dragon in all means, and, keeping A/B consequence of lewd for SGs and each ep for MGs, he could add more decent bianca-non-lewd ch11 stories for other non MG/SG girls, even improve MGs/SGs ones.
So, and Sally woud be earlier(we could take our clothes from her dorm in ch10 into having another lvl of 7 minutes of heaven in 11)
And Elena could get at least something(i.e. bj at the pier instead of Lily, she could wear a small doe's ears during it(under the mushrooms) and we would meet JB with a big horns after)
With a proper mmf with JB in ch11, not the slop that it was.
Heather - instead showing us the grand Maya's Others end-game free-roam, we could be at the Hots' dorm little free-roam where we would find her in her room. So Tommy actually would have the right to be angry on us for the whole 11ep.
And only after that, they all could take a 2 eps break for 8-10th ones Lily&Camilla scenes after.
