In my latest poll, there was a pretty solid majority that think she could be a model for Iris' fashion brand but obviously we're all just guessing too lol: Blonde girl (Preview #12) is a fashion model for Iris' company: 81% of voters said YES (22Y/5N)

Happy Friday, everyone.

This week I've been working on different things. I started by completing the remaining renders for the big scene I worked on last week. After that, I started work on another even bigger scene.

I prepared all the characters in the scene and created the needed environments. This took me quite a while, but the environments ended up great, and the 26 characters were dressed and ready to be posed. I continued by posing static renders for the scene, and I'm currently 33% through it. While it is a big scene, it is going faster than expected to pose it compared to the scene I worked on previously.

Aside from this, I've been doing plenty of computer maintenance this week. I've upgraded/replaced several render slaves. I'm currently installing my files and software on the last PC that I'm upgrading. The upgrade process went well overall, with some minor issues along the way.

After I'm done with the upgrades, I will wait a bit and evaluate how well the systems are performing, how much power they are collectively consuming, and if I need to improve my rigs further. I'm very happy with the render speed I'm seeing with the newest render slaves and also with the energy efficiency (If the GPU sucks with that, it gets too hot indoors and it requires more external cooling, which further increases power consumption. I could talk a while about this, but won't bore you with the details.)

I have 200+ static renders and 30 animations in the render queue. The animation queue is depleting while I work on static renders, but I still have some time before I need to refill it. I'll spend that time working on static renders as I have a good flow right now.

I didn't mean lewd scenes, just dialogue. And Cami is just an example of a character we know nothing about.

Seriously, in 11 seasons with Camille, they updated her model, but we practically never learned anything about her life. They even asked for some reason if she liked Derek.

In one of my playthroughs, I wasn't interested in a scene with Elena and answered her incorrectly in a chat, which is why there was no lewd scene with her. I hope we remain just good friends. And don't forget that she's a nymphomaniac, and that's not good for a relationship.

Nearly every Game around here takes longer with each episode, or better said, the good ones... branching and improving in animations/render (even if its only about higher numbers) takes its time. I really dont care much about the animations and if a render is 1080p or 4k, i would be fine with lower animation count and a bit less high quality render if the development would be way faster. But its just like that and DPC enjoys it too much to "increase" everything... the numbers are increasing, more animations, more renders, more branching, and of course... bigger resolution and FPS too. So, it would be kinda weird to see the updates coming out faster, this would only be the case if the updates and quality would be less/smaller.

To say he is milking is just trolling, cause he is not... the milkers around here dont post a DEv report every week and produce the numbers in renders and animations in the same time like DPC does. In fact, nobody comes even close his numbers, not even the bigger DEV-Teams. Digi.b might be... the closest one, but even he cant keep up and his update took about the same time as being a dik without delivering the same numbers...

Some things take just a while... taking one year for an update with 1000 renders is milking... delivering about 5k-7k renders in the same time including 300-400 animations is not (not even mentioning the writing and everything else).

Jokes aside, having such a long development cycle comes with some real risks. What was once considered top-shelf visuals when this game first came out, is now maybe just above average, and nowhere near the leading pack. I hate to think what happens as the game slowly crawls to the end (in, maybe, 5 years, if we are lucky?)

Yeah, going to once again guess then the previous "big scene" was the kickboxing tournament (given it could reuse the environment but would likely take longer to pose) and this new one is the recital (new environments but probably limited posing changes as it's people at a mixer).

Somebody explain me, im not against her, but whats this a fast and furious ascent of the Cindy? I feel that she won somekinda discord poll, or people asked there for her a lot, and all this hype which was here is post-reaction to her be secured as the girl who will be developed next.

Yes, we saw her as the Ghoul, at class in 10-11, but by that small get-a-drink interaction and end-game tease in 11, i would never predict that she not only get a big screen time, but a dedicated preview? There wasnt a Others girl besides sally-elena-heather, who would be shown as #, even Bianca who had a full 11 of scenes, didnt have it, same as Tiffany, Tara and etc seldom-lewd girls.

I think the community has high hopes for her.
She's objectively beautiful, likely smart, moderately jealous, interested in MC, attends parties and behaves decently at them. On Halloween, she said she wasn't in a relationship either, and it seems she has a positive outlook on life.

As of episode 11, many of Tremolo's relationships with his current girlfriends are problematic, and there's a chance things will work out with Nikita.

I understand many people liked Maya before because she had a casual relationship with her dormmate, until Shrimp arrival and the student loans complicated things. So many are hoping for a peaceful relationship with a classmate.

I'll also throw in the idea that maybe she went to the same school with Tremolo and is still in love with him.

dPC can you downgrade your render slaves to 2022 and 3090s so we could get a 5k update each 9months? thanks!

You can think of it as the renders with many characters from the Halloween party, and you'll get the gist of it.

For this render, for example, I spent an entire day just setting everything up, and it took me multiple days to work on all the renders of the scene as every single character needed to be posed and altered.

It's a lot of work with scenes like this, but looking back at them today, they are some of the renders I'm most proud of because I know how hard they were to create.

This week, while working on these similar scenes for episode 11, my PC crashed three times when I tried to push it to the limit and learned that 128 GB RAM and 24 GB VRAM weren't enough to render a third of the image.
