So none.

Wasn't going for a gotcha or anything, but I once claimed the game was a power fantasy with the male cast not having (positive) agency in their love life and only existing to enable the MC to outshine them, and I got insulted for that claim, so I just ask the experts since I'm not overly familiar with this game beyond one playthrough.
That's right. Honestly, most of the male characters in the game are idiots. The DPC did this on purpose so the MC could look better in comparison. So, don't expect healthy relationships without the MC's involvement. Imagine the discontent among fans if there was a sexy girl in the game who couldn't be fucked, because she's happy with her boyfriend (or husband). DPC understands that the game doesn't need this, and I agree.

Small task, guys:
Please list every in-game pairing between a boy and a girl not involving the MC whose relationship is in a healthy state and not in declinement to set the girl up for the MC.
Define, healthy , they have their own struggle and story but Derek and Ashley, are absolutely not there to set up Ash for MC. JB, and Elena, MC is more of a third wheel for their enjoyment, rather than a set up for MC so he can stole Elena.
Jam-Jam " love life" also not about giving MC an another babe to fuck.
Rusty have his own story with that Micha girl.

For the game in question, you can outshine and cuck the male cast as well, buuut you could also help them and get them girlfriends, or help them with their current girlfriends. It's not like BaDIK doesn't miss out fleshing out the male cast by giving them depth, issues and vulnerability (e.g. Derrick, who is more than just the clown), but the insistence to not have any other non MC guy be able to develop a healthy relationship and always introducing a pair to set them up to break up and for the girl to fall in MCs hands is lacking that potential richer experience the game could've provided. I don't mind so much being able to get every girl, than not having to work for it.
I think the problem with writing romantic routes for all the other guys in the cast is that that would add even more variation and route splintering to the game, bloating it even further. Helping some of the bros get laid would be a nice side mission if it wasn't a single guy writing and coding all of this, but updates already take long enough as is. I think we'll see some more of it as the game gets closer to finishing - Derek and Ashley, Rusty and Micha, maybe Jamie and Dani patching things up or Tommy growing up a bit and getting back with Heather or finding someone more compatible.

End of the day I think it's derivative to call the game a power fantasy just because it focuses on the MC getting girls rather than side characters, especially since it does acknowledge several of the dudes sleeping with girls that the MC can also sleep with. There's lots of other aspects of the game that are very un-power-fantasy so I think labeling it as such due to one aspect is missing the forest for the trees. But yes, obviously, the game about being a frat dude trying to get over a bad breakup is very male gazey and designed to appeal to our desire for titties.

Also I can't fathom all the whining if there was an optional route where you can actually push Zoey to date Jacob or something like that and people still consider that NTR somehow, I imagine that's also a factor in limiting relationships for the side dudes.

There would be zero problem with it if it would been handled properly and not painting you a picture of " but they are not happy, and you have ability to "flirts " with her."
Heather for example, I never felt the desire to actually get her and take away from Tommy, but the game constantly throw opportunities to do so.

Yeah, same - except I did flirt with her, exclusively to mess with Tommy.

If you get the BJ from Heather you dont get to spitroast Elena right? Thats why I always avoided it.
Exactly, because MC won't tell John Boy about it and the latter will get slightly annoyed by this later on, regardless of how close you got to JB and told him positive things about Elena whenever you had the chance.

is it bad with jill when MC flirt or do something with Bianca and isabella
What do you think? :ROFLMAO:

At this point, you're in an exclusive relationship with her. Also, she's one of her best friends. You can only do something with other girls after episode 8 with Sage, at least so far. Although there's a lot of talk about a potential threesome with Jill and Bella, so who knows.

Hey, guys! I've got a Halloween sig out. I think I messed up a little and may need to resize it later, but here it is anyway. In three editions, Banana Jill, Bee Jill, and Mummy. Enjoy! ;)
Edit- Done. Comes in two sizes, full regular and wide stretched.
Damn, now I feel like replaying the Halloween episode :HideThePain: :coffee:

Maybe it doesn't bother you, but you're not the only one playing the game. People have different opinions on these things. Imagine the nuclear bomb that would explode in this thread if Sage found another guy on the tracks where the MC didn't choose her at the crossroads. I understand why DPC isn't taking any chances with this.
And as mentioned above, there are other things that are worth spending time and resources on, considering that the update's development time has already exceeded 1 year.

A small detail I didn't notice. If you're not on the Throuple path, there are different behavioral options for MC during the encounter with Josy in Episode 10. Depending on whether he has a girlfriend or is single.
Yeah, i talked a lot about this pillow date in the past and this led to turning the thread into the Verdun fields :ROFLMAO:

Here MC is taken.
He's confused by the situation, embarrassed, and afraid it could end badly. And here he's worried not about Josy/Maya's relationship, but about himself and his own.

He also rolls his eyes when she turns her back to him, but I didn't find that screenshot.

Here MC is single. Others path.
He is surprised by her behavior, but it is not a big deal for him.

Attention to the details in characters behaviour due to story is amazing in most cases.

There's lots of other aspects of the game that are very un-power-fantasy so I think labeling it as such due to one aspect is missing the forest for the trees.
It's also a power fantasy for plenty of other reasons, just not because every other male fails to maintain their relationship and MC is conveniently available and accessible to swoop in. If its done once or twice I would've shrug it off, but its a common fake obstacle that only pretends that MC has to fight the odds, when practically its playing right into his hand. The new crush has a partner, damn. But their turn out to be lesbians, so they are more likely to share or break up. The hot girl has a boyfriend... but he turns out to be gay. The other hot girl has a partner...except its one-sided. The nerdy girl loves the nerd... but the nerd ignores her and she is frustrated. All these girls are frustrated with their current partners, how convenient that MC can swoop in!

Moving on, we may clear up the definition of power fantasy, considering the game is very clearly one at least in my book. Introducing MC as a slight loser, underdog, issues with getting girls, money, qualifications, family stability, but very rapidly on his way to become successful in all these aspects and getting endless opportunities, without being particular above average in anything? How is his personality and presence noticeable better than Derrick or the third guy that lost the fraternity qualifications? At first he is scoffed of and belittled by everyone, but at the same time gets a second digit body count in a span of months, can't really fail, most conflicts are merely seemingly ones and end up being a springboard to greater highs.

"Normal" stories have an MC form a relationship with one partner over the course of the plot, usually by devoting themselves to it, which is fairly realistic. Not being a gigachad sleeping through his entire college.

Finally, I don't mean power fantasy as a derogatory. Many porn games are one by design and work as intended. So it isn't even a criticism of the game, mostly just an observation when I compared it to another game.
