I've been more inclined to believe in the idea that, rather than Maya, it was Derek that inherited the disease. Classic bait and switch.

Yes. I saw Paul Blart: Mall Cop when it came out and now all I do is stand outside my local theater hurling insults every time they hang a new movie poster because nothing can ever compare.
