If you favor Josy, why did you favor Maya in your choices? There is only one way, and one way only why you get ILY scene with Maya, if you have more RP with her than Josy. So if Josy your favorite, that is kinda impossible... well... if you diondt used mods that is. Mods and cheats will screw up things.
But that said... I was a bit surprised by the ILY scene with Maya when i first saw it, cause it was on my equal run... i tried to be as equal as possible between the two. But i got the Maya scene. And i dont like it... 0.1 RP point more over the other and you get the ILY scene with one of them but not both? Thats so stupid. And basically ruins the whole M&J path for me. Why even give the player an "equal" scene after the Halloween party, when its never intended to be equal in the first place? I hate that.
It shouldn't ruin the route.
It isn't going to prevent you from having a happy loving ending with both of them (throuple) and I suspect DPC will also give solo endings for each of them, though I would not pursue those. It's MC/Maya/Josy for my runs.
It's going to stir a little drama for a while since that's what DPC does and MC and Maya/Josy are shit at communicating.
DPC's been stirring this throuple drama all S3.
The other option is to not say I Love You to Maya, or Josy if you got the Josy option.
It isn't like they said it to you and you don't say it back.
You just don't say it to them - it never comes up, like it hadn't all up to that point.
The MC still assures Maya in that scene that he isn't running away and he isn't afraid of the future.
I'll be very surprised if there isn't an option to confess love to both by the end of E12, regardless of if you said it to one or not in E11.
Then at Bella's party you choose who you want to spoon for the night, it isn't forced.
The one you don't spoon still kind of looks hurt though so DPC is still going to stir up drama.
I would have loved to say ILY to both in E11 and make them both feel good.
But I am confident that saying it, or not saying it, isn't going to prevent a happy throuple ending.
I did a save with saying ILY to Maya as well as not saying it, so we'll see how they each play out.
But I'm not worried that either option ruined the future relationship between the 3 of them.
It wouldn't surprise me if DPC even has the girl that didn't get the ILY or spoon leave the relationship for a little while to think or whatever. Again, DPC loves stirring the drama. BaDIK is essentially a Soap Opera as an AVN.
But I don't think he would stir it for too long and it will be fine in the long run.
