Sluttier options always win with DPC's patrons because they're a bunch of horndogs with no taste and no sense of the how the characters would actually dress, so probably 1 or 2 will win even though it should be 3 or 4.

I don't think it's for the New Year's Eve party, and I also don't think Maya is wearing it to model for Iris.

Rather, I think Maya is modeling this dress for Josy's blog to show women what they could wear for New Year's Eve.

More seriously though I don't think there's exactly anything "slutty" as some are saying about any of them. All pretty typical plunging necklines and bare backs that I remember young women going mad for from my uni days. However I hope DPC goes for full realism which is women dressed like that and men in a size too tight, thin as hell t-shirts all standing outside nightclubs where they look less "hot as fuck" and more "half defrosted turkey".

I'd have to say 1 or 2 feel the most appropriate for a NYE party, those events are always full of shimmery dresses.

Sage also said earlier when talking to the MC about balancing out the two frats parties that maybe a very large party at a separate location with everyone would work so no-one is left out.

Therefore, I think this is so that Iris and Helen would know, so that their daughters would have boyfriend.

B&R is a tiny private school, not a large public university.
They have one teacher, Cathy, for both the freshman english and math classes.
And each is only one class.
So very small college.

The large event DPC is working on is definitely the NYE party at a neutral large location with both frats and the HOT's.
And probably even the dormies and nerds as well. An all-inclusive thing.

I am actually thinking logically, you're not.

The faculty party is not the big event of Ep 12, it's an optional event and because it's optional that means it's not universal. The main party of this episode will be universal for all players as all parties are. This faculty event is also not open to everybody, only faculty, special guests, and a few student performers like MC, Jill, and Tybalt. This means there wll be no DIKs, no HOTs, no dorm girls, etc. Sage being there is likely just due to her adoptive parents being faculty, but besides her, there probably won't be any other non-performer students there.

Also, 26 people is more than enough for the recital. You could have:

2. Jill
3. Bella
4. Sage
5. Tybalt
6. Bianca
7. Carla
8. Stephen
9. Jade
10. Cathy
11. Nora
12. Philip
13. Willcock
14. Hagar
15. Amelia
16. Geoff
17. The receptionist

And the rest could be extras, like the 4 other teachers we've seen and the extra guests from the Prep party. We could maybe even see Rusty there with his parents. Possibly Vivian and Miranda, Lynette's old friends could be there as well.

NYE party will be the big event of the episode because it's a big deal. It's not something done on a small scale in Bella's home. And it will probably have loads of students not normally seen at other parties like the Jocks, Preps, Nerds, feminists, and maybe even faculty if it's an event organised for the whole college. All those characters plus dorm girls and guys easily reaches 87.

I think it's more likely that the MC will have an option to tell Josy ILY in Ep12 and if he chooses to not do that, after telling Maya ILY, then that will doom the throuple since Josy knows that he told Maya ILY. (Or vice-versa if he told Josy ILY in Ep11.)

Yeah, I'm pretty confident that we're going to get a chance to say "I love you" to whoever we didn't in Ep11. The current imbalance just seems like forced drama for the sake of keeping drama going in this branch. And this is added to the drama of MC being incompetent in how he explains his relationship to his dad. He never tells his dad that Maya and Josy were in a relationship before getting into a relationship with him. They wanted to be together with each other before he ever got involved.

The main reason for my confidence in this being a temporary bit of forced drama is that the official walkthrough says that the game will notice and remember if the MC has tried to be fairly even with spending time with Maya and Josy. I think that if you do, then the poly relationship will endure (assuming you tell both of them that you love them when given a chance). That being said, I wouldn't have much trust in DPC on this if it weren't for that note. So who knows?
