Bianca could honestly be a landmine character this way because actions taken with her are generating ton of cheat points that will probably be really bad to have on the Jill path. I really wouldn't be surprised if all it leads to is them kissing and then Jill catches them and it ends her path.

On the main girl routes any cheating should be looked at as a romance-breaker.
If you want to cheat on a main girl your expectation should be that they will find out and will break up with the MC.
And they will find out at some point.
--- Sage will definitely not put up with cheating after Chad.
--- We know that Bella won't put up with cheating, she broke up with the MC when she found out about the car BJ with Cathy.
--- Jill is so much in love with being in love and the romance that finding out MC cheated would crush her.
--- Maya/Josy are a little harder to read. They cheated on each other with the MC but they easily forgave that because they love each other and cheated for the same reason. I don't think they would put up with cheating with someone else though.

I could see him not using that exact title, but something that gets the same point across. "Cause and Effect" would be a classier version, kinda like "Paradigm Shift".

I feel the acronym is too out of place with the previous episode titles, especially in this season, and the full version is too long to place on the screen with the font size DPC uses for the titles. However, you spark an intriguing train of thought for me, and I believe one that would fit what you're going for and keep in line with the titling theme DPC uses, is simple: "Reap What You Sow". Added bonus: it rhymes with episode 10's title, "Calm Before The Snow"
