I would be very surprised if any of the girls with a... lets say... more serious route dont get a lewd scene in ep12. Its the last of the season, and season 4 as we know will be very different. So most agree that there will be kinda a "wrap up" for most things including the love-paths.
So... all Maingirls will get at least one scene, maybe even more.

She already has feelings herself and will not run away from those.
For all the others...
The only one left who might get a real "path" is Nora. But to me it doesnt feel like it... yeah there was a real date with her, but thats it. Nothing came after. I dont think Nora is really intertested to start a relationship with the MC and will tell him so. Maybe a "one last time" fuck, but no love-path with her.
Same goes for every other fuckable girl, there will be no paths. Not even for Camilla... we have a lot of scenes with her, but she is only a fuckbuddy... there are no feelings between them, other than friendship with benefits.
But of course some will get a lewd scene.
Sally? Hm... yeah why not, things are going in that direction, but for sure no real path with her.
Bianca? Yes. But again, no real path either... it will be a one time thing to get it out of the system.
Sandy? I hope not, would be wasted time, but some do like her... so... might be. She is hungry, and in the last episode there were quite missed opportunities with her... and yeah, a threesome is most likely the way to go, to include one other girl with her. So why not Brandi? all in all, episode 11 was the "peak" so far, biggest episode with 18 lewd scenes with most different girls. well... 17 scenes for the MC though. We will hit at least 20 lewds i would guess. My list already includes 16 different girls, which would be the most already. Sage, Camilla and Jill got 2 scenes each last episode... so 15 different girl including Lynette... so basically 14.
I think with 20 lewd scenes and a total of 16 different girls iam not far off.
