OK. I just deleted all game files and saves, then extracted them again. Starting from scratch to prepare saves for each route. I skipped a few routes that didn't interest me much (like Sarah, Melanie, etc), otherwise I would definitely have been exhausted to death.

Strange thing is, S3's crash issue seems to have been resolved after reinstalling, and now it can be played normally without Mods. Nice.
