You know, Blue Milk, that you're actually being mean. I mean that figuratively. You're forcing me to find a way for your version to come true, and I've succeeded. But I wish I hadn't thought of it. It's going to get dark, so I'm putting it in a spoiler. If you don't want to read it, don't open the spoiler.

Her face looks flushed to me.
I have personally seen drunk people with glassy eyes, opened DOH mouth, and flushed cheeks.
It could just be the rendering and lighting or not, but we are SPECULATING, not stating facts.

Plus, you ignored the fact that MC is holding a beer and that they are at a party with that close-up.
It's no less believable for her to be drunk than what others have speculated as angry.

Keep in mind that we are SPECULATING and not stating facts.
Not every speculation has to be perfectly safe.

In my perspective, it would be ultra boring if we all roleplayed as Sherlock Holmes with the behavior and logic of dry artificial intelligence.

I only remember Josy drinking in moderation.
I haven't seen her drink much as of yet.
I could see a scenario where she might need some liquid courage for a solo route.
Her face looks like she's mid-conversation and it's not much different to every other facial expression she has when talking. The redness is clearly just from lighting, imo.

Yes, they are drinking here but they drink at every party. I just don't see what it serves to interpret anything here as "drunk" because chances are it is just as simple as it seems which is her simply talking him and seeing it as anything more than that just sets yourself up for inventing false narratives. You invoke Sherlock Holmes, but they would be trying to get to the facts through logic and reasoning, not making wild assumptions out of nothing just for the sake of argument. Their conclusion might therefore be "dry" but that's because it's simplest explanation and is more likely to be the case than outlandish guesses.

Allow me to quote Sirius Black; "Brilliant, Dalli. Once again you've put your keen and penetrating mind to the task and as usual come to the wrong conclusion." :ROFLMAO:

Whole thing falls apart with you thinking that was the MC in the police preview :LOL::LOL:

Dude, I'm not investigating the case of a serial murderer or the theft of a grand priceless artwork.

Just having a bit of fun speculating about episode 12 and shooting the breeze.
Party, booze, face matches drunken people I've experienced, conclusion formed, roll with it.
I'm not going to take out a magnifying glass and scrutinize every little detail.

About the simplest explanation...
That can be true in real life, but a lot of fiction is very convoluted.

False narratives?
This is SPECULATION, not a news program.
Speculation is not propaganda.

It doesn't matter whether it was the MC or not. It could have been Quinn. That could lead to the same outcome: witness protection. All of this can only be ruled out if everyone involved has been arrested.

It is literally just police investigating Buddy's drug den. That's it.

Buddy's drug den is down an alleyway. The tape is across that alleyway. They're looking down that alleyway and talking to each other.

Simple as that.

Joke is out of context, don't bring me into your debates with Dalli.
I respect dalli_x and his theories, but sometimes it feels like my brain is melting trying to adjust to his perspective.

I appreciate thinking outside the box, just sometimes his theories are so far out there, that I don't have the spacesuit to breathe in that atmosphere.
