We'll find out soon enough, but given the MC's raw magnetism to the opposite sex, she's likely flirting with him.

My "super fantasy", which is perhaps more in the realms of possibility, is that he's talking to her about the VIP prize, and if he tells her that he wants to refund it so he can selflessly give the money to his DIK brothers, she'll be so impressed by it that she'll let him have VIP status for free and she'll give him another "reward".

This is like the most illogical thing ever posted here and that, is saying a lot. There's nothing noble or righteous in what Quinn does. In fact, there's nothing noble in crime at all (fuck those Hollywood movies that glorify criminals).
