The way he made it so you choose your LI and the supposed branching out of the paths in the upcoming season, makes me believe that the next season will be the last. IMO, eight more episodes is going to be way too much and as good a writer DPC is, I think that's beyond his capabilities to write 2 more seasons of content without watering it out or writing senseless drama just to stretch it out.

But 4 more episodes is still a hell long of a time to wait. Like he'll do an interlude now and I think it will drop somewhere around April, so that means that we are like still 2.5 years away from this being completed. If he does go for 2 more seasons, that's even worse as it means it'll take around 5 more years for this to be finished.

There will be 2 more seasons. The teacher in the game said about the 16 chapters of the textbook, and that we are only on chapter 8. This is clearly conveyed information about how many more episodes there will be.

Well I have saves that I can't load as they break the game and I have so few from chapter 7 that I don't even know what path I'm on. Gona wait for it to end and do One More playthrough to be done with it. I simply won't waste more time doing it right again and in the next chapter have saves that don't load again.

Developer must make a torrent file for the game if we wanted to download a torrent. Also, I've found a solution for me: I just downloaded MEGAsync, the Mega Desktop App for this game and it's downloading much faster.

Did that as well and it stopped at 5gb because it told me that was the max transfer quota of the day.

Hopefully he keep releasing 2 episodes per year, if DPC released an episode every year, it will be torture to wait for each new release.

I believe so. It’s almost a 20GB file and new MEGA account users get 25 GB+ free

Not for me the hotfix don't work.. unless i wait for the cheat mod again it may work, but atm my episode 7 save don't work with the current game even with the hotfix.

So imho the 9th episode will took about 10 months to release and the 10th, the last, will took also about 10 to 12 months. I dont know about 2 more season. Feels more like 2 more Episodes to me. Like DPC is running out of steam. The entirety of 8 felt forced and rushed, other than the Jill path (formerly the Jill/Bella Path) . The remainder felt disjointed and unsatisfying, culminating with the artificial pruning of the LI trees.

On a personal level, Jill is my least favorite LI, because of the helplessness of her character. Not choosing her is like rejecting a cute puppy.

If i was a betting man i would say the next episode will revolve around the halloween party in its entirety which is more then likely going to include some "shock" factor with the place burning down or a serial killer killing one of the LI's.

Yall wildin if you think DPC isn't going to include some MASSIVE drama at the halloween party hes been building up for awhile now.

as my main girl so when the end reveal happened I said "FUCK" along with the MC.

Second run is with Jill and that culmination was great. I enjoyed all the dialogue especially at the end with her.

The Halloween party is going to be insane.
