You're gonna have to choose again, since one of the backdrops for the new main menu is MC at Patrick's house with Derek and Maya for what must be thanksgiving. I think DPC's intention is to make the throuple route difficult maintain.

I'm not an American, but to me it seem as though it's like Christmas, but without all the fun stuff, like copious alcohol consumption and season themed music, but you still have to spend a whole day with those family members you pretend to like while you're actually slowly dying inside.
