The cutscene of Josy and Maya coming into your room and cuffing you Witcher 3 style, having a glass of wine and leaving you for Derek to unlock you after 12 hours. In that moment game removes you out of Maya & Josy route pernamently without the ability to go back and you will finally become a free man, free from the burnden of simping.
