If I know the guy, he won't.

1) These time bombs are in his style

2) He would rather lose all his patrons than admit that something is improvable in his holy plan

3) besides his hardcore patrons after having payed for development something like 6k dollars each in a ten year span and downloaded the official release can always come here and download the cheat mods to fix DPC's most unpopular design choices

So I don't see any drive for him to change his mind

Yeah... DPC is not the one to change or question his decisions, thats true.

you have to spend them? You will get 2 points for the first win, another 2 if you beat him again. And you have to decide where to spend them of course.

Otherwise... there is something wrong with your game or savegame, ever used mods? if so.... i dont bother with those and those errors occur soley because of them.

No mods. It says skill point plus 1 but it upgrades a skill automatically and doesn't let me choose.

yeah i edited my post... sorry for that... i admit, i never ever played a single playthrough with minigames turned off, so i didnt think of the possibilty that the phone would look like that if you turn them off

*edit* sorry... of course *faceplam* well... you have turned off the minigames at the start of the playthrough, and there is no turning them on again.

First of all... go back into the brawler menu, there is the option "skills" there you can spend them.

Second... why did you only won +1 point? I got +2 after beating Troy... *shrug* and spending a point automatically... has to be something cause of that you didnt have stats to carry over from before, dont know.

The episode was alright, better than the last one but nothing spectacular.

Yup at first was looking like a bust the that point where they get together to make a plan . good thing i don't get hang overs.

So the question is, who would put a security cam in an empty utility closet? Only one you would know that there will be something special happening in it. And only three people are in the picture, so it has to be one of them who led the others into this room:

On the other hand, would a person who knew there's a camera in the room deliberately put themselves in the situation where there's sex pictures of them taken, and then even spread such pics around? That's very much shooting oneself in the foot.

This concept is vastly overdue IMHO in Being a Dik.

(And, by the way, in Acting Lessons there are plenty of pseudo choices, like no matter how you treat the psychopath nurse you just CAN'T ditch her --- so why on Earth DPC bother us with FAKE choices multiple times?!?)

To be fair... Acting Lesson was his first game, he learned quiet a bit of it. Not saying he isnt making same errors like he did in AL. But he was certainly improving. And compared to 99% of the DEVs around here... dont get me started on that topic of nonsense choices. We would never finish that conversation.

Lets say... MOST of the choices in being a dik are making sense and its not that surprising that those came back again to bite you in the ass later on. But yeah... there are choice where you think "wtf, and why does it came back NOW?" there is no doubt about that. And i admit, without the walkthrough PDF, i dont think i would have the patience to play more than 3 different savegames... (i have 17 different playthroughs now, 5 of them are done with ep10... rest will follow until the next episode is out... every month 1 or so )

Its not the only thing DPC "overdos" in the game... its far from perfect and many things annoy me very much. But compared to other AVNs around here? Being a dik beats them pretty much in every single department. Even the dissapointing episode 9 does, and i really didnt liked ep9, its my least favorite of the whole game, i even liked the interlude more.

That's modded game, isn't it? You have beer, liquor and food active without helper items, which requires 3 perks (Pink Weiss, Finger Food, Jello Shots) but at this point of the game there can be only two perks active by normal means.

(although this layout is doable "legally" with perks for liquor and beer, and swapping trashcan and girl in the upper left corner)

no. i get them everytime. and playing normal in the other playthrough cause iam getting lazy after beating it on hardmore for 2 playthroughs. But... i have always every brawler stat at 4 after episode 8 (in fact way more early... i think you can max out the stats in episode 5 or even 4)

What are, in order from better to worse the other marks in the scale?

I got a A once, But i suppose you can get like normal rating letters, the worst being either D or F, but you would have to shoot yourself in the foot to get those
