For the other path you cant date maingirls besides Sage. (at least i didnt saw others pop up if i was with Bella, J&M or Jill)
Affinity doesnt matter for the others.
DIK affinity rules out Jill, you cant be with Jill as a DIK period.
Jill AND others is not possible, in fact... you cant be on more than one path all together after episode 8. Its either "others" OR "Sage" OR "Bella" OR "Jill" OR "J&M" But never "AND" Which will split the game into 5 Playthroughs after episode 8. And the branching is increasing after episode 9. Cause the "others" will be splitted too... You have to decide between Quinn, Nicole and Lily for example. And this will go on... being a dik is not a harem game, its fair to assume that its impossible to end up with more than 2 girls at the time... J&M of course and there are hints for maybe another "throuple" but nothing for sure yet.
Quinn doesnt have an own path until after episode 9. To be with quinn you have to fuck her in ep 4 and 6, you NEED dik affinity and has to be on the "others" path. At the end of ep 9 you have to go to her and ditch every other girl...
The idea of making several savegames is the right approach. Some would say its crazy... but... i would recommend to make a savegame for EACH girl from start to finish.
If you are just interested to see every lewd scene, and doesnt bother to break someones heart along the way (and you will) you will need at least 5 playthroughs anyways.
Until epsiode 8, 3 playthroughs are theoertical enough to see every lewd scene... but it gets kinda messy like that.
The best approach is more like this... which girl do you like? Make a playthrough for her and play the MC best fitting for her. Jill, J&M and Bella are "Chick", neutral works too, but doesnt feel right, but well, thats up to you. Sage works fine as chick, dik or neutral, doenst really matter... But dik might feel more natural with her from the start... though, she changes a lot during the game, after episode 7 she felt more like a "chick" girl to me.

well, not at the moment, we don't know anything about Mona, the most logical thing is that she returned to her house.
I confess, I hadn't paid attention to the little heart in the corner of the test. (Does it only happen on Bella's route?) About James... I thought he was dead after Ep.9, but Ep.10 gave me more reason to believe that he is in fact alive and will return in the future. If that happens I don't see any scenario where Bella would choose the MC over her husband.
When I said that her route was depressing it's because I had the impression that the MC will only serve as a 'rebound guy' until James returns. There are cute moments between the MC and Bella like you mentioned, but I think the MC's role is just to 'cure' Bella until her true love comes back - James.
Poor MC... Ep.10 completely discouraged me... I lost hope of an ending where MC and Bella end up together happily ever after. I can already see MC snowflake crying about Bella omitting what the handbook actually said.
uff no... first of all, HIV is more or less a thing from the past. And not even DPC would put a HIV scare in this game.
HIV is not completly gone, but outside of the third-world so good treatable that its not even contagious anymore with treatments. And those "skin rashes" are showing up when HIV is breaking out. Believe it... she would have noticed... there is no fun-live anymore at that point.
Those are JUST birthmarks. And Nicole isnt the only one with birthmarks of some sort... most of the girls have perfect skin, but its a design choice from early stages i guess. Nicole came to the game a little later on.
And lets just assume... she has untreated HIV... oh boy... on the others route, how many girls can you infect that way? No.... dont even go down that road. There is no place for that in this game. The "crabs" where enough "scare" for the ordinary porn-gamer.
well, official enough i guess? I mean, its clear... she went for the free tuition via prostitution. Could not go through with it, cause she had to bang Burke and bailed out. After that... Burke erased her from the tuition list and she dropped out. That all could be seen in the game.
If you are asking what happened to her AFTER she dropped out? Nobody except DPC knows anything about that.

OK I have a question regarding the theory about Jacob being the traitor. If you convince Derek to not fuck Arieth with him, what leverage would he have for trying to pin the blame on MC for sending the pictures to the jocks? Not to mention there's no way MC could have taken the pictures of the others fucking her, he was barely a pledge at that point. I don't think the traitor could be Jacob cuz from a point that'd intersect with any and all choices previously made, but you know who I'm most sus of, besides Nick?

That scumsucker has plenty of reason to hate you in every route, moreso if you're a sisterfucker. Think about it. New blood comes in and starts "taking control". He leads the restoration project, wants them to volunteer at the elderly house, convinces Rusty to stop relying on his father's money and actually become a reliable leader instead of a party fiend, etc. Not to mention, Tommy could potentially show flagrant disregard to the DIK secrecy code, both with Derek's video and your own calling of it over your relationship with Maya and Josy and Tommy ignored it immediately, unlike Nick who seems to have kept his mouth shut over seeing Bella leave in the morning.
Again, I'm not a smart lad or nothing, this is just me spitballing. I know there's probably holes in my theory, but it's no worse than "Jacob is always there and a nice guy and no one is that nice" or "The laptop was in the library, Nick is found in the library so why didn't he find the laptop, also he's Vinny's DIK brother so he could be an insider" etc and so on. Lemme know y'alls thoughts on this.

Ah Tommy... he is not exactly the sneaky type isnt he? More like... the sledgehammer. He cant control his temper one bit, and you think he would be able to pull all that off? Nah.
Its pretty clear that he wants to be in charge of the DIKs. But lets assume... the traitor did the Cathy Cluck too. This will rule out Tommy. He wasnt able to do it.
Tommy cant shut up, right... DIK Code means shit to him. Jacob called it for Derek fucking the granny and Tommy makes jokes about it anyways. Same goes for the "Dik code" about Josy and Maya if the MC is calling it...
Tommy is an asshole, not really trustworthy, maybe even really addicted to drugs... But NOT a sneaky traitor installing hidden cams and such things. That would be very strange if it turns out to be him.
Iam still on the "Jacob" train here. Maybe he isnt even alone. Could be that he is working together with another person... Or that somebody has him in his hands. Dunno... Sure, it still can be Nick... but its so freaking obvious... on the other side, sometimes the obvious turns out to be the right thing. Like Arieth pregnancy. Most people had the opinion after episode 8 "its kinda to obvious that it will be arieth right?" And yet... she is indeed pregnant. So Nick is still on the table.
Leon and Jamie are kinda out... dont no, just nothing points in their direction. Their roles are different. But *shrug* we will see, maybe Leons reaction towards Beth will surprise everyone and will make him suspicious?
Lets wait and see, but nah... its not Tommy.

First of all, welcome back everyone, what a great episode it was!
To all those trying to troubleshoot: trust me, just do a fresh download of the whole 3rd season. The majority of reported issues sound like corrupted data when you patch ep9 to 10 manually.
To all those complaining about mini-games: why? I understand the annoyance when we replay the branches one after another as they get repetitive, but then not entirely as they all have some rng apart from English. I enjoyed every single one of them on my first blind playthrough (Sage path which took about 10 hours by the way) and DPC has done well to introduce more gameplay elements in a game.
With that out of hand, here are my thoughts and observations for all ep11 content:
