That's not how writing works, especially for a visual medium.
You basically start off with a skeleton story, of the major plot beats and a vague idea of what you want for the ending. Then, as you're developing, you start filling in the gaps between those storybeats with characterization, jovial/moments of respite, mystery and, in the case of AVNs, sex. This then directly influences the major story beats to a degree, altering them as necessary to fit what you wrote up until them.
Sure, you can write the story as if you're writing a book, and then try to fit that within the confines of the game, but the overall tone would be lacking, simply because it's not the same medium, nor the same expectations.
But also with Maya and Josy.
I wouldn't exclude Quinn, but only if meanwhile she is pegging, simultaneously she is being pegged by Sage...
Quinn has to learn that love (and also sex just for fun) is taking and giving ---

I finally finished the last episode (yeah, I played it again from the beginning).
My conclusion is that this game is becoming very hard to play. When we first play it, it's all fun, parties, making out with girls... and it's cool, it's what a porn game is meant to be.
Now, I feel that it's bigger than that, and not in a good way.
Every character had a fucking difficult story. Let me give an example. In the beginning, we think that Stephen Burke is an asshole and deserves what happens to him (fucking jade). But, now, it feels like it's Jade who made a fool of him.
Riona, she told MC that she can't have an orgasm from sex. You know what it means ? Probably, that someone abused her while she was a child and left psychological scars.
Most of the characters have a sad/tragic background story. I didn't play all paths, but it looks like that.
I feel like the game won't have a happy ending, it will be very hard for players who got an emotional attach to these characters. And god knows that there's a lot of them !

Actually Stephen Burke cheated with another student before Jade thought about it with the MC, so in retrospect, it was Stephen who was the asshole all along.
With regards to Riona not being able to orgasm during sex. 75% of woman worldwide can't orgasm through or during sex ( scientifcally supported and proved by actual scientists ) but they can orgasm during foreplay or oral so Riona not being able to cum is nothing new, doesn't mean she was abused.

I think I might have to go back and do my main playthrough without mini games on
It was easy for seasons 1& 2 on steam because I purchased the walkthrough
But I have played the last two episodes without one and it shows

I play a bit different, I play first time what I want to play, try the tests and see what happens. Rush through all the other pointless routes for scenes and after walkthrough go back to my main route and iron it out.
And at some point I'll do a full run, been working on Sage for months now though, soon I'll finish Pink Rose.
