Sage probably in Chapter 7, but after that she had a slump, in Chapter 9 you struggle to find a really good render.
Maya, Josy and Jill in my opinion had their peak earlier. Around 5.
Bella improved after that, among the Lis she seems to me the only one improved in the recent.
Whereas many of the SGs have improved from the end of season 2 onward.

Just the shoulders are not aligned to look narrower than the head.... It's not like it's that complicated

It's like Lego or something - they can only make the pieces so small, so you get coins the size of a hand and glasses bigger than a head...
I presume stuff like this is scalable, but so few devs seem to (care to) get it right. The size of the champagne bottles is another one, though they can obviously come in big sizes. The mouths of those in particular always look stupid.
Here's one that does it better though...

Daz generally sucks at perspective. This can be saved by choosing different lenses, but in general, what is closer is much larger than according to the laws of optics known to us in real life.
