I don't want to be boring, but how would she find out about Matthew's cheating? It may happen that Bianca finds out on her own, but this kills the immersiveness of the game, where your choice of Jill and the consequences of the route don't play any role. It will feel like a forced fan-service if we do Bianca out of nothing, without building connection with her.
Next is this event with a trip to a winter house with your LI, we don’t know how it works yet. What kind of place is this? Is it unique to certain routes or is it a general event? Is this possible with one of the girls on the “other” route? We don't know anything, just guesses.

2 years ago I wrote this. Again, the point rings true. There's just too much branching paths, and the gap between updates keep getting bigger.

Absurdly large Free roam & Exclusivity paths shutting you out of 80% of scenes will kill this game. DPC doesn't seem to get is that the more you delay a change the harder it will become to change into something else, DPC himself said it would be between 14 to 20 episodes.

In the next 2 episodes (so 2024 at the earliest) how many scenes will someone on the Bella route see? No more than 2-3 actual sex scenes, same with the Sage & Jill routes, because you keep getting shut out of more & more content each episode. Really terrible decision making
