Josy going to Arieth was clever I'll give her that. But really, Maya should have just done what was asked of her. Her brother did what was he was requested to do, I guess he got all the integrity in the family. Dude literally went to B&R because he doesn't believe Maya is adult enough to handle herself alone. Quinn is like a Scooby Doo antagonist, she only exists to be defeated by team for maya.
It would be nice going forward if fuckface can become the main protagonist of his story instead of a side character in the maya chronicles. Then Quinn wouldn't be an antagonist but rather a true partner in the protagonists life.

I'm kind of mixed on this to be honest. Her storyline is what made me like her so much and care for her. Yeah I agree it was starting to get old and tiring and it felt like it was going nowhere for awhile and just drama.
But as of the last update I actually like the Maya storyline alot. Seeing everyone come together as a team to help Maya hit me right in the feels made me want to cry it was such a wholesome and lovely moment was hard to not feel anything. So now i kind of want more moments with everyone helping as a team. But if it goes back to the way it was before yeah it needs to end asap.

I can see how a Maya fan would enjoy that scene.
I will say if whether or not you got the papers actually has branching content I'll have a more optimistic look but I have this suspicion that Derek will one again save the day and get them on his own when he returns the car the next morning.

I like the actual Maya plot of Patrick rejecting his daughter, and how it affects both of them. That's the actual core of the loan story/joining the HOTs/Maya and Josy hiding their relationship.

Same here, she's my favorite LI in the game obviously lol. I can understand people not liking that part of the story but man the absolute hate she gets in the forum is weird, almost as weird as Darkwen 's apparent love of a fictional character
