Is this not already a case? If not then you might wanna look for Sancho1969 mod which have many helpful things that do not break your game/saves for future. I always click Skip Interlude and Auto-Complete on some minigames for time save when I do multiple routes.

You can normally skip the Interlude after going through it once.

There's an earlier, and much more obvious indication of that. Episode 6, at the bar. MC is having fun with strippers, but then feels guilty and pulls out the Polaroid of Jill from their romantic picnic. And the game doesn't even give you the option to go behind her back some more, you automatically go home. I mean unless you're being a manwhore, I imagine most people don't even take the fake ID when pursuing Jill and might not even know this happens.

I guess with you could chalk it up to the picnic being fresh in his mind when he's at the bar, compared to a party later on. Birthday surprise, shares about his mom with Jill, gets to drive a sweet car, romantic fucking picnic, they have a dramatic moment in the rain where he says he's going to fight for her, and he's falling for her, gets to feel up her nice titties while making out, and have a nice pic of her to cap it all off.
