The first pic is when you broke up with Josy and Maya in Sage path. At the end of yhe first freeroam in episode 10 you will kiss Sage and Josy is close by and will see it. As far as I know it is only available in Sage path but I could be wrong

Just because no matter how folks try to twist it, in the end in this specific narrative the asshole is the player and not Josy, and she is the immature one , because she react like a human being. Whereas an another scenario when MC fuck around wiht both Bella and Jill , somehow there is no retribution for that behaviour
