That's basically Maya though, she heard rumors about the "free tuition", and so have others. Why would it be so suspicious for Lily to do the same, especially when she's prime restaurant material? The difference is, Maya openly asked very naively and we knew why. Lily was sneaking around acting very suspiciously with a very weak excuse. Why waste so much time on showing her doing it to get cheaper weed for her friends?
