To me, it looked like she was being escorted away. If she ran from the school, she wouldn't have had to leave in the middle of the night.

She would if she was trying to sneak out without Quinn finding out. If she was scared of any perceived threat, she would definitely get out and be gone before anyone could find out she wasn't there anymore. And would not be answering any calls from anyone involved in B&R.

I've always used the scrappy mod to check out variables that I don't necessarily care about doing a whole save spilt to see since episode 5/6 and I've never had any issues with crashes? Are they really that common with the mod? Or is it people are dumb and just don't know how to turn the right variable options on and off?

I know Cammy makes that point when he's sneaking around the preps mansion, that sometimes girls won't answer calls from specific people, but we never really get to know Mona that much. Even if you fuck her in the bathroom and interact as much as possible, she and MC aren't all that close. So I'd unfortunately lean towards no.
