the problem is just that: how will DPC handle it. because the return of James could be very interesting, but I risk becoming a meaningless screaming scene.
so far MC's question about James has received a non-answer after 4 chapters that doesn't even clarify what exactly he was doing.
now if he came back after actually doing his duty, for the country, for God or whoever it was, Bella would look terrible in case she got distracted with MC in the meantime, but if there was nothing his return would be almost pointless and boring for all the games that avoided the beautiful librarian.
if the Christmas dinner flashback/flashforward is about him, which seems almost certain to me, it must be a more universal event, it must pose a threat to the entire BADIK microworld
but the danger of a meaningless ‘fuck, fuck, fuck’ is always around the corner

If James is a shitty husband and a wife beater it will be even worse. Bella will look like an idiot for fantasizing about James in EP.9 and no one will be moved by her having Stockholm syndrome.
I apologize. I downloaded Sanchomod from this website to replay seasons 1 and 2. The error happens whenever I try to start a new game. I lost all my previously saved files because I only had the Patreon copy and was building a new PC.

That does not make sense and there is no reference to it.
Since we don't know James' mission exactly it becomes difficult to speculate, but he could have become a double agent and switched to the “enemy”, or he could have changed in a dangerous way anyway.

If the silhouette in the ruined dinner scene in EP.9 is James, there is strong evidence that he is a violent person. The dinner was completely ruined, tables were broken and a physical fight seems to have started (by James?).
If this scene is a flashforward and the MC was involved in this fight (universal event), it is very likely that the one who started it was James and not the MC, since the MC could be CHICK and CHICK MC does not have the option of attacking others, only intimidating.
There are many speculations, although I love your opinions, I think we will unfortunately waste our time trying to discover the real scenario of James' return.

if it's a flashback, if that's James and if he's the author of the disaster.
that's 3 ‘ifs’, that's a lot to be certain about.
absolutely it seems to me more likely to be a flashforward, flashbacks usually explain something, that one only serves to ‘intrigue’
and in case it's a flashforward we know even less, James, assuming he's the silhouette we see, could also arrive after the disaster.
James coming back after 3 years and, finding Bella at dinner with friends, smashing everything simply doesn't make sense.
In at least 4 out of 5 games, Mc is just a friend of Bella's, possibly there having dinner with his girlfriend.

Started setting up my routes, just had a quick search through to check how the Maya/Josy stuff plays out but couldn't find what I was looking for. Is there a way to have a Maya solo route yet? Less than zero interest in Josy.
I'll just try a few wild guesses, because without the error log we are all blind.
1) Are you sure that you installed the correct SanchoMod? Maybe you installed the mod for Season 3 on a Season1+2 game?
2) Once you are sure that you chose the correct mod, are you sure you have followed Sancho's instructions without mistakes?
3) Do you have any other mods installed?
4) Have you modified the game in any other way (unrar, decompile, etc...)?
If you provide:
a) A screenshot of the error message (gray screen) if any
b) log.txt (a file always created in the base directory - the one where the .exe is - at each run)
b) traceback.txt (a file created in the base directory in case of crash)
maybe I (or someone else) can help you further.

ok, ill try again better this time, is there any way to get on jill path, get invited to bianca party and then get to pick her at ep 8 when mc has to make his choise only to get rejeccted by jill at the restaurant ? i think i saw something like this but i cant and i dont wanna spend hours trying, i already tryed 2 times....
